I am a first-generation Kurdish-American who struggled, like many, to strike a balance between work and life.
In August of 2023, I made a pivotal decision to take control of my life, starting with a career change. It was during this time that I stumbled upon a job posting for a temp position at Resilient Heart Therapy.
Nearly a year later, I've made significant strides toward achieving the work-life balance I've been seeking and now hold the position of Operations Director at RHT.
Working alongside remarkable women, whose passion lies in helping others discover life's beauty, has been truly fulfilling!
Each day brings new challenges, and I embrace the opportunity for growth!
My background experience
Graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in International Business with a specialization in Asian Studies, Japanese, and Marketing.
Worked at a charter school which redirected my interest to education.
Received my TEFL certification and moved to China to teach English at a language center working with kids from 3-15 years old.
Moved back to the US and worked as a Legal Assistant.
Found my passion for streamlining operations, working for and with the amazing women at RHT!
