Associate Social Worker
In my early twenties, I worked in an immigration firm helping those obtain U.S. visas in pursuit of a life with more opportunities. This experience fostered my passion for providing support to individuals paving their unique life paths.
I believe therapy is a tool that can heal past trauma and empower you to live authentically.
Who/what do I specialize in working with?
I specialize in helping adults with complex trauma and co-occurring disorders. I have a specific interest in working with those impacted by adverse childhood experiences and survivors of interpersonal relationship violence.
My clinical training is rooted in psychodynamic, attachment-oriented theory, and social justice. As a social worker, I also consider the environmental and social barriers that are contributing to decreased functioning. I aim to connect clients to appropriate community resources for additional support. I am committed to fostering a therapeutic space that is LGBTQIA+ affirming and anti-racist.
I enjoy spending time with my dog (Lady) and two cats (GiGi and Cleo), cooking new recipes from NYT Cooking, reading nonfiction and graphic novels, and traveling to new places around the world.
It's not easy taking the time to look for a therapist to only find that they can't help you with your issues, that's why we encourage prospective clients to schedule a free 20-minute consultation.
I want you to know I am here to support you on your journey wherever you are.

I know it can feel hopeless like nothing might ever help you feel better. I've been there as well. But if you’ve read over this, if you’ve resonated with my story and how I can help you here, then I’d highly recommend you reach out for therapy.
I also know that I am not the right fit for every client, and I encourage you to not give up hope if that’s the case.
Getting your mind to work for you instead of against you, can be the most important thing you do in your life, as it completely changes your perspective on the world.
And I’d be happy to help guide you through it.
